I am so glad you have taken the time to visit my website. Here you will find brief descriptions of my background and of my style as a counselor.

I hold Master's degree in Counseling and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. I treat a wide range of emotional, psychological and relationship issues. Areas of special interest include adjustment to changes, living with memories of traumatic experiences and anxiety reduction. Much of my professional experience has involved helping people who are living in foreign countries adjust to its unique challenges.

My style is best described as informal. I trust in your ability to know when and what you wish to share during sessions. Because of this, I will strive to guide you through the investigation of your thoughts, feelings and experiences at any pace you feel comfortable with.
